The Avexima Research Center is the largest pharmaceutical R&D center within the Skolkovo Technopark.
As an accredited Core Facilities Center (CFC) of the Skolkovo Technopark, the Avexima Research Center provides a full range of services for the development of analytical control methods, including the validation of the developed methods.

EQUIPMENT OF THE AVEXIMA RESEARCH CENTER

Solid Dosage Forms Development Laboratory
Equipped with a complete line of equipment for the development of solid dosage forms, from substance milling to tableting, film coating, and packaging of drugs into various types of primary packaging. It includes an automatic capsule filling machine.

Semisolid Dosage Forms Development Laboratory
Equipped with a disperser for developing the production technology of semisolid forms (ointments, gels, cream), a suppository manufacturing machine for developing products in the form of suppositories, and a packaging machine for semisolid forms.

Injectable Forms Laboratory
Equipped with a system for filling solutions into vials and a laboratory automatic ampoule filling and sealing machine, an autoclave for sterilizing laboratory/pilot-scale volumes of solutions after they have been filled into primary packaging (vials/ampoules).

The Analytical Laboratory is equipped with a large fleet of high-performance chromatographic systems (UPLC) – 13 units. There are 8 climatic chambers for studying drug stability under various environmental conditions (from +2°C to +40°C with humidity control).

Among the unique equipment is a laser particle analyzer with multiple modules, which allows for particle size measurement in different media (dry measurement, oil, water) with a measurement range from 0.1 to 875 μm.

Additionally, the analytical laboratory is equipped with high-precision standard laboratory equipment from leading manufacturers: analytical balances, titrators, density meters, refractometers.
