The «ACHEMA – 2018» Exhibition

From June 11 to 15, 2018, the International Exhibition «ACHEMA- 2018» on chemical engineering, biotechnology, and environmental protection took place in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The «ACHEMA» exhibition is considered one of the most important events for the pharmaceutical industry - a triennial event that underscores its importance for the global industry. During «ACHEMA 2018» more than 3700 exhibitors from 55 countries demonstrated the latest equipment and innovative processes for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Over its five-day run the exhibition attracted around 145 000 industry professionals.

The exhibition featured the latest discoveries and innovative technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. An Avexima delegation, led by General Director E.V. Tkachenko and including Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department V.S. Tupolev, Plant Managers L.A. Solodukhina and D.G. Sosnovskikh explored the latest in pharmaceutical equipment for the production of finished dosage forms, serialization and aggregation, as well as in the field of machine vision for pharmaceutical packaging.

The visit also resulted in a number of negotiations and agreements for the acquisition of state-of-the-art pharmaceutical equipment for the company's production sites.
