JSC Avexima participates in the Rospatent Era IP Scientific-Practical Conference

At the 28th International Era IP Conference organized by Rospatent, experts discussed key issues related to developing mechanisms that support the creation and implementation of technological innovations.

As part of the forum, a roundtable titled «The Quality Service Opens a Dialogue: Inventions, Utility Models, 3D Trademarks, and Industrial Designs» was held.  It brought together highly qualified patent attorneys specializing in the pharmaceutical industry.

At the roundtable, Olga Murzina, Head of the Intellectual Property Group at JSC Avexima, delivered a presentation titled «Review of Current Judicial Practice Regarding Courts' Examination of Features of Inventions Expressed by Quantitative Values of Parameters».

As a practical example of correctly defined quantitative parameters, she cited a patent held by Avexima for its Nobazit brand.
