Capital Racing Team provided offers unique experience for employees' children

On January 26, visitors to the MOY shopping center in Khimki had the chance to experience the thrill of driving a race car on a virtual recreation of a real track. The event was hosted by the «Capital Racing Team Esports Racing School», a professional sim-racing facility. The school's project is run in partnership with the G-Drive SMP Racing Esports development program and features high-tech racing simulators that replicate the sensation of driving a real race car.

The simulator sessions were coached by professional drivers: Mikhail Aleshin of the Capital RT team (World Series champion, Formula 2 and 24 Hours of Le Mans podium finisher) and Evgeny Neitman from the G-Drive SMP Racing Esports program (Nissan GT Academy finalist and Russian esports champion).

The simulators are part of the Capital RT Esports initiative, which aims to popularize motorsports in Russia and scout young talent for future professional competitions.

During the event, 20 children of company employees, aged 7 to 12, completed trial sessions and were enrolled in a beginner's course. This course, featuring regular supervised simulator training, serves as the first step for youngsters interested in pursuing professional motorsports.
