Avexima Presents AI Implementation Project in HR

A project to implement artificial intelligence tools into the operations of the HR department of Avexima was presented at the 2nd Practical Conference «AI in Human Resources Management». The use of such solutions has improved the efficiency of personnel policy and reduced the volume of routine operations.

The HR department staff were among the first at Avexima to begin extensively using artificial intelligence in their daily work. The tools assist them in the recruitment and onboarding of specialists, personnel administration, the execution of motivational programs, the development of training courses, and the establishment of effective communications that foster a culture of achievement and recognition. Successful examples include the automation of the learning process and the development of a unified feedback standard as part of the implementation of a multi-stage new-hire onboarding program.

«Artificial intelligence does not replace a specialist – on the contrary, when used properly, smart technologies help solve routine applied tasks faster and with higher quality. Thanks to this tool, there is noticeably less routine in our work. We have improved hiring, training, and onboarding, freed up internal resources, and focused on enhancing the quality of the learning process as well as motivational and team-building projects,» noted Yulia Markova, Head of the HR Department at Avexima JSC.
